  Greetings from the HCS Head of Schools,
  
  Thank you for taking the opportunity to learn a bit about HCS and me.  Let me introduce myself to you.  While I spent the entirety of my adult life on the East Coast in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, my 2023 move to Southeastern Wisconsin marks a joyful return to my Midwest roots. My wife and I are delighted to call this region home and embrace the opportunity to contribute to the vibrant community of Heritage Christian Schools.
  
  As the Head of School at Heritage Christian Schools, I am driven to exemplify Christ's example of Servant Leadership. It is a profound privilege to lead such an exceptional institution, and my aspiration is to guide with an unwavering commitment to both academic excellence and spiritual growth. With a diverse background in education, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where students can thrive intellectually and spiritually.
  
  For over 50 years, Heritage Christian Schools has been on a mission to inspire servant leaders through an exceptional, Christ-centered education. I am invigorated to collaborate with our devoted team to equip students with the knowledge, wisdom, and values necessary to navigate the complexities of the world with integrity and purpose. Serving alongside the talented faculty and staff at Heritage Christian Schools is indeed an honor as we collectively aspire to inspire and empower the next generation of world-changing leaders.
  
  

  Beyond any accolades I have received over the years, I find the enduring impact made by those I serve alongside and the students we have influenced to be the greatest award that I could ever receive.
  During my tenure at Heritage, I aim to infuse my passion for Christian education into every aspect of my work. With 13 years of experience spanning elementary through high school classrooms in both public and Christian schools. No matter the location, I am steadfast in my commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the professional development and well-being of Heritage's esteemed teachers and staff through effective communication, collaboration, vision casting, and organizational prowess.
