Spiritual Life

Our goal at HCS is to nurture a school ethos that is marked by respect, excellence, and honesty in all areas of the School's life. Since 1973, when we first welcomed students into our classrooms, we have encouraged and equipped young people to mature in their personal relationships with God. HCS offers many opportunities for community worship and spiritual formation.

  • Meaningful Daily Devotions
  • Quality Interaction With Staff
  • Weekly Chapel Services
  • Prayer Groups
  • Student and Staff Coordinated Bible Studies

Chapel services at all levels enable students to participate in praise & worship and discussions. Guest speakers include pastors, community leaders, missionaries, musicians, and student groups.

HCS students are also involved annually in various service projects such as ...

  • Sort clothing at an international ministry
  • Spending time at retirement communities
  • Creating artwork for meal delivery programs
  • Tutoring at inner city school
  • And More!

Heritage students are taught what it means to live with humble means and how to minister to the needy around us.
