  • Academic & Administrative Positions

  • Faculty Positions

    Heritage is seeking qualified candidates who are passionate about Christ, students, and Christian education for the following positions:

    • PreSchool Teacher (K3 & K4): The HCS PreSchool is seeking a teacher.  There is potential for part-time or full-time.  The position is for a morning (7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.) preschool teacher and an afternoon (11:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. closing) preschool teacher.  The ideal candidate will have experience with young pre-school age children.  Please see the job description here for.     • Elementary Media Specialist: This is a faculty-level, full-time, 10-month teaching position. The candidate should demonstrate competency in library/literacy and elementary computer applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in library and/or computer instruction.     • Elementary Classroom Teacher: This is a faculty-level, full-time, 10-month teaching position. The candidate should demonstrate competency in elementary self-contained classroom instruction. The ideal candidate will have experience in elementary teaching, literacy instruction, and math instruction. Currently, there are openings for grades two (2) and four (4).     • MSHS Bible: This is a faculty-level, full-time, 10-month teaching position. The candidate should demonstrate competency in Bible instruction and have a masterful understanding of the diversity within the Christian church to maintain the non-denominational approach while upholding the Gospel within a diverse protestant/evangelical school tradition.     • HS Spanish: This is a faculty-level, full-time, 10-month teaching position. The candidate should demonstrate competency in Spanish classroom instruction. The ideal candidate will have experience in secondary Spanish teaching for levels 1-6. The Faculty Job Description is here.   • Support Staff Opportunities

    • Substitute Coordinator: This position is responsible for the administration of HCS’s K-12 classroom substitutes and serving as a substitute in K-12 classrooms. This includes classroom instruction in a teacher’s absence, orienting, communicating with, and placing substitutes, maintaining a pre-set schedule, and supporting teachers in various ways when no teachers are out.     • Summer Blast Director: This seasonal position is responsible for administrating HCS’s summer educational program. This includes teacher recruiting, schedule creation, advertisement, student registration, and programmatic oversight during June and July. It has the same qualifications as an HCS faculty member. Applicants should contact MSHS Principal Erin King, at eking@hcsmail.org.
    • Title teachers: This position serves HCS Title 1 students in Math or Literacy through the Title 1 funds allocated to HCS students. It is part-time and employed by the New Berlin School District. Interested candidates should contact Elementary Principal Ron Nickell at rnickell@hcsmail.org

  • Coaching Positions

    Heritage Christian Schools accepts applications for coaching positions throughout the year.  

    Interested candidates should complete the Coaching Application below and submit it with a résumé and cover letter.  Any questions can be directed to Kiel Hoek, Athletic Director at khoek@hcsmail.org.

  • Ongoing Opportunities

    Substitute Teachers are always needed.  Please complete the faculty application.  If you have any questions, please contact the Administrative Office at mnoffice@hcsmail.orgWe require all Substitute Teachers to have their Bachelor's Degree.
