This role supports the Principal in cultivating a Christ-centered environment marked by strong systems, clear expectations, and a commitment to student formation and academic excellence.
Operationally, the Assistant Principal helps ensure consistency and accountability across the building, including supervising daily student life, supporting adherence to school protocols, managing report card systems, and overseeing elements of the elementary budget.
